A Lighting Company’s Anniversary

Bring the light home

Two anniversary boxes with four objects in a molded tray and a woven throw in its own carton
5 considered gifts. One collection shaped around the occasion.

Occasion

A lighting company marks its twenty-fifth anniversary with an open day for employees, retired colleagues, partners and their families. Gifts move between the workplace and the home, with a complete collection reserved for family and partner presentations.

Idea

A round shade, angled lamp arm and widening pool of light trace an imagined journey from a repair bench to the family table. Amber, charcoal and warm white translate the story across five distinct materials.

The collection

Every piece has a purpose.

Light wood desk ornament with three painted metal lamp-stage silhouettes
01

Milestone desk piece

A light wood base carries three painted steel silhouettes for a desk or shelf. Shade, angled arm and broad light field suggest successive chapters in the company’s imagined story, with the base reserved for dates.

Accordion booklet with continuous repair-bench-to-dining-table illustrations
02

Company story foldout

A six-panel accordion booklet lets employees share the imagined company story with family. A continuous illustration moves from tools on a repair bench to light above a dining table, with open areas for the narrative.

Thin metal magnet depicting an amber and charcoal work lamp
03

Anniversary lamp magnet

A thin metal magnet carries a workday symbol into the kitchen. An amber shade, charcoal folding arm and pale pool of light form a small lamp scene, finished with a gray-blue base and restrained metal edging.

Woven throw with amber, charcoal, warm-white and gray-blue light-inspired shapes
04

Light-pattern woven throw

A cotton-blend woven throw brings the theme into evenings at home. Four yarn colors build large light fields, circles and angled lines, translating the lamp into a tactile pattern that reads across the room.

Amber and cream ceramic spoon rest with a handle notch and gray-blue dot
05

Lampshade spoon rest

A small ceramic spoon rest turns an inverted lampshade into a useful table object. A shallow cream bowl, amber outer glaze and U-shaped handle notch echo the collection, with a single gray-blue dot inside.

The finishing touch

Light comes home

Two coordinated paper boxes separate the woven throw from the harder pieces. A molded-pulp insert positions the desk ornament, folded booklet, magnet and ceramic spoon rest in a shallow lift-off box. The blanket folds into a companion tuck-top carton, with large amber light shapes connecting both containers.
